Provides technical support to internal users on day-to-day maintenance issues and resolves technical problems related to the applications or tools.

Mentor more junior members in team and serve as technical expert in training and guiding them on technical issues.

Analyzing large sets of data for summary stats, trends, outliers, confidence intervals and statistical correlations.

Creating executive summary analysis reports.

Authoring performance testing plans.
